Welcome back!
Herbal Drops
Herbal drops contain various beneficial oils that can sooth an aching ear. One of the most popular herbs used is Garlic, which has natural antibacterial properties that will help you fight off any infection. First, warm up the bottle of drops in a cup of hot water then tilt you head sideways and add three drops to the infected ear. You can further warm the ear by using a blow dryer set on low for around three minutes and then place a hot wash cloth in a zip lock bag over the ear. Do this three to four times a day.
Heating Pad
Place a regular heating pad underneath your pillowcase and then lie on it for a while.
Tiger Balm
Carefully dab Tiger Balm which is a traditional Chinese heat rub along the outside of the ear canal and on your neck below the aching ear. Then, put a warm wet compress to your ear and take a nap.
Alcohol and Peroxide
Using the ca of the peroxide bottle, mix together a solution that consists of 50% peroxide and 50% alcohol, then pour it into your aching ear. It will start to bubble. Once it stops bubbling, turn your head and let it drain out and then repeat if you think it is necessary. This will not only warm your ear canal, providing relief but should also kill any bacteria that happen to be inside.
Cotton ball and olive oil
Take a cotton ball and dip it into a bowl of warm water and olive oil. Place the ball in the ear for a few seconds then take it out.
Potato steam
Take a potato, cut it in half and then microwave one half of it until it is really hot. Place this hot potato in a wash cloth and then place it over your ear, allowing the potato steam to flow into your infected ear canal. Keep it up until the potato cools.
Sock full of salt
Pour some salt into a pan and then heat over the stove on low heat. Once it is heated, place it in a clean sock. Place the sock over the aching ear and feel the relief after a few minutes.
Heated alcohol
Heat up some alcohol in a cup for about 5 seconds, allow it to cool then gently pour it into your ear canal.
Blow Dryer
Hold your nose and gently blow like you want to pop your ears. Now take a blow dryer, set it on low and point it at your aching ear from a distance.
Alcohol and Vinegar
First, put a few drops of alcohol into your ear, and then add a few drops of white vinegar. Lay down for about ten minutes with your aching ear facing up. Then turn and place your ear downward on a hot b damp towel staying there until the towel cools down. Reheat the towel and repeat the process about four times.
Eat better
A poor diet of processed and overly refined foods causes toxins to build up and turns your body into a bacterial breeding ground. A diet of fresh fruits and vegetables, good proteins, natural oils and healthy whole grains will help you fight off bacteria and illness.
Vitamin supplements
Boost your immune system by taking extra Vitamin A, C, E and zinc. These vitamins and minerals are essential for helping treat and prevent middle ear infections.

Adios and Adios Max Weight Loss Pills
Herbal weight loss supplements have become very popular with both individuals who need to shed just a few pounds and with those who need more significant weight loss. Adios and Adios Max are both herbal-based supplements which are designed to augment exercise and diet programs. Though this may seem a bit counter-intuitive—after all, if one is dieting and exercising, why would they need a pill?—the most effective weight-loss programs make use of several different resources to achieve the best possible results.
Adios and Adios Max weight pills can both constitute a significant part of an effective weight loss program. There is no “magic” pill that can simply cause one to drop all the weight they might desire to lose and, of course, if there were such a thing it would like be very dangerous, indeed! The herbal ingredients used in Adios and Adios Max but function to increase the efficiency of the mechanisms by which the body sheds weight. Specifically, these supplements work to increase one’s metabolism and the efficiency of their digestive process.
Adios and Adios Max both contain diuretic and laxative ingredients. These ingredients are more gentle than their pharmaceutical cousins and, of course, they are all natural. There are good reasons that one should demand this level of gentleness from such products when they’re used as part of a weight-loss program. While these ingredients will help eliminate water weight and help the body to digest more quickly, they are not so potent that they will prevent the body from absorbing nutrients at all. There is the argument that these ingredients only serve to eliminate “water weight” but water weight is still weight and, oftentimes, these rather immediate results are a good part of the psychological incentive that individuals need to keep themselves dedicated to their diet program.
The metabolism is the rate at which the body generally functions. Adios and Adios Max contain herbal ingredients that increase the metabolic rate. This not only helps the body to burn off extra fat but to burn food more efficiently. This can be a great help with energy levels, as well, as our metabolic rates, when they are depressed, tend to make us suffer a state of mind and body where energy levels feel very low and which makes it very difficult to get motivated to workout. Of course, the metabolic rate influences how much food is burned and how much is stored, as well, and the latter is exactly what a dieter is seeking to avoid.
Remember that one must keep up a good diet and exercise regimen for any supplement to be effective. Herbal supplements such as Adios and Adios Max are gentle enough to make a difference so long as one does a bit of the work themselves. The increased metabolism, increased energy and lack of water retention make it much easier to realize success in one’s weight loss endeavors. The product’s all-natural origins make it very attractive.

Whenever you or someone you love happens to get a cut, scrape, or burn you probably head straight to the medicine cabinet in search of some type of antiseptic or antibiotic ointment, with some bandages, to help make everything all better. While many modern day concentrations of lotions, potions, and cremes are one accepted way of healing an injury, you may be pleasantly surprised to learn that there is another, just as effective, treatment solution that can be found, inexpensively, right in the baking aisle of your nearest neighborhood grocery store.
At this point, you’re probably wondering what in the world this person could possibly be referring to? A cheaper solution for healing wounds that can be found in the baking section? You may be thinking that I must be going over the edge a little bit here. It is totally understandable that you might come to that conclusion. However, I’m completely serious about this, and the aforementioned solution that I am referring to is simple table sugar! Yes, I’m talking about regular, white granulated sugar that you use in the kitchen to sweeten food with, or to put in your coffee to make it taste sweeter.
Sugar is truly an excellent antibacterial medium. Sugar has reportedly been used since our ancestor’s days to help aid the healing of wounds. As a matter of fact, some records indicate that sugar has been effectively used for its antibacterial properties for at least 5,000 years!
With ever-increasing antibiotic resistant strains of bacteria being found more often, this is starting to become quite a major problem. However, what’s uniquely different about sugar is that it contains properties that bacteria are simply not resistant to. Although sugar works great as an antibacterial agent on minor cuts and scrapes, it is also highly effective at healing much deeper ,or seriously infected, wounds such as ulcers, punctures, and amputations. Sugar also has been shown to work wonders at healing burns and abscesses, even those that are quite severe.
Simply put, basic and inexpensive table sugar works so well that it can, in some cases, even help save someone’s life! For example, there was one particular case where a patient was very close to having a limb amputated in order to help save their life, but doctors were able to help save that limb, and the patient’s life, by simply treating the wound with a simple sugar dressing! One additional benefit of sugar is that it works in a number of ways to help heal a wound extremely quick, while also leaving very little to no scarring.
Sugar acts as an osmotic shock treatment by drawing, absorbing and drying out the wound, as well as inhibiting bacterial invasion while gently stimulating new tissue growth. You can use granulated sugar alone, or mixed with povidone iodine (pronounced POE-vi-done EYE-oh-dyne), which you can find at any local pharmacy chain like ‘Walgreens’, to form a spreadable paste. You may also store any unused portion of the mixture in a tightly sealed container to reuse later.
As with any type of traumatic wound, clean and flush the cavity with clean water and peroxide and apply compression until the injury stops bleeding. Packing a wound to soon with sugar could cause the wound to bleed excessively.
To help keep the wound continually protected against infection, check the packing and dressing frequently. When the sugar pack becomes syrupy or liquefied, flush out the old fluids and dead tissue matter with clean water, repack with sugar and apply bandages.
Next time you or a loved one has an injury, you may want to consider reaching for your sugar bowl rather than for a tube of antibiotic ointment. Give it a try sometime, and you might be simply amazed by how quickly the wound begins to heal!
